Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned oats1/4 cup wheat germ1/4 cup pecans1/4 cup sunflower seeds1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup1/4 cup apple juice concentrate1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla1/2 teaspoon no-salt (sodium free)1/4 cup dried dates1/4 cup dried raisins
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300° F.

2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the dried fruit and toss well. Spread on large cookie sheet and bake 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.

3. Stir in dried fruit.

Makes 10 servings of about 1/2 cup
