Dad's Zucchini Bread

2 Cups Granulated Sugar3 Cups White Flour1 Tsp. Salt1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon1 Tsp. Baking Soda.5 Tbsp. Baking Powder2 Large Fresh Eggs2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract1 Cup Sweetened Applesauce2 Tbsp. Canola Oil2 Cups Mashed/Shredded Zucchini
Makes 2 Average Loaves (approximately 24 slices)
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Grease or spray 2 bread loaf pans.
Mix Sugar, Flour, Salt, Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Baking Powder
Add moist ingredients and mix (Eggs, Vanilla, Applesauce, Canola Oil, and Zucchini)
Bake for 45 minutes. "Toothpick Check"
If necessary, bake additional 5-10 minutes.
