strawberry smoothie

3 cups frozen strawberries1 cup nonfat milk8 oz yogurt dannon blended fruit (any flavor)2 heaping tbsp ground flax seed
Directions
add ingredients to blender
blend till smooth
may have to add more milk if too thick
i save the extra in fridge container till tomorrow or have for lunch 's
makes 3 1-cup servings or more
