Grilled Citrus tuna steak

Ingredients
4 fresh tuna steaks2 Tablespoons Simply Fruit Orange Marmalade1/4 cup of White Wine1/2 teaspoon of ground tarragon1 Tablespoon of Olive OilSalt, as desiredPepper, as desired
Directions
Makes 4, 4 ounce servings.
Mix all ingredients except for the tuna, pour the marinade over the fish in a shallow nonmetal baking dish. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Do not marinate overnight, the fish may become tough.

Drain the tuna and grill it over medium heat about 4-5 minutes per side. Brush with reserved marinate when turning. Fish is done when it begins to flake easily.
