Ingredients
Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce-Lea & Perrins Original, 1 tbspParsley, dried, 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning, 1 tsp Eggs-2 largeimitation crab meat, 12 oz.. Dutch Country Double Fiber Whole Wheat bread- 2 pieces Butter Buds, 1 packet mixed with 4 oz hot waterbread crumbs- Italian Style, 1/4 cup Thyme, ground, 1.5 tspOnions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Directions
1) Break bread into small pieces, removing crust. Dry.
2) Finely chop imitation crab meat.
2) Saute onions in Pam.
3) In a large bowl, combine ALL ingredients.
4) Mix and shape into 8 patties.
5) Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes, prior to cooking (to help patties keep adhesion while cooking).
6) Spray pan with Pam-lightly brown each side of patties and place on baking pan.
7) In preheated, 400 degree oven, bake the crab patties for 10 minutes.
