Ingredients
Halibut (fish), 4 oz Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 tomato Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips Onions, raw, 1.3 tbsp chopped Pepper, black, .125 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce, .0625 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse fish, pat dry with towel and arrange in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fish. Arrange vegetables around fish and sprinkle with pepper and hot red pepper sauce. Cover and bake 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
