Exotic Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
2 teaspoons brown sugar1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon cinnamon1/8 teaspoon nutmeg1/8 teaspoon cayenne1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp1 tablespoon olive oil *When I have cinnamon infused oil on hand I use in place of olive oil for added cinnamon flavor.
Directions
Combine sugar and spices in a glass bowl.
Toss shrimp with the oil and thread onto skewers.
Sprinkle with spice mixture.
Grill over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.

    he family all agreed not much tast and not the tast we were looking for. We made some other ones with just plain olive oil and menced garlic was better but next time will try a powder of garlic instead of menced - 3/20/11
