Tuna Caserole with vege's

Ingredients
1 can cream of celery soup1 cup low fat cottage cheese2 stalks celery2 cloves garlic1/2 onion2 carrots1/2 bells pepper any color1 slice ezeliel bread made into crums
Directions
saute vege's
add soup and cottage cheese
can of tuna with water
bring to boil
put into casserole pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs
bake 400 till crumbs are brown
