Whole Wheat Apple Bread

Ingredients
1 cup applesauce2 cups splenda3 eggs1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 cups chopped apples1 cut nuts2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
Makes 12 Cake like slices
Preheat oven to 350
In large bowl combine applesauce, eggs, and splenda
In a medium bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry goods to the wet, mixing well
Fold in apples, nuts, and vanilla.
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
