Salmon Patties

Ingredients
-1 can of red salmon-1/4 cup or less of egg beaters- it says 1/4 cup of flour, but I would only use a couple of TBSP of flour- just enough to help patty stay together.-toast 2 slices of your diet bread and cube - 4 TBSP cut and cube raw onion (cut to size you like)-Webber Grill creations: Roasted Garlic and Herb - sprinkle to taste instead of salt - 2TBSP extra virgin olive oil for cooking in pan - or spray
Directions
Mix up all ingredients (except oil) and form into a patty

Put in a hot skillet that has olive oil in - cook until brown on both sides.

Drain on paper towels and enjoy.
