Colorful Shrimp Medley

Ingredients
4 pkgs. (4 oz each) Farm Fresh petite shrimp, precooked1 cup (8 oz.) chopped bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)1/4 cup (2 oz) chopped onions3/4 cup (6 oz) chopped steamed broccoliCayenne Pepper, to taste
Directions
Drain and lightly saute shrimp in pan - no oils! Stir in veggies and spices. (Can heat until veggies are tender or still slightly crunchy.) Serve warm or cold. Great to freeze in individual portions or served on a bed of rice.
