Quick Caribbean Fish and Shrimp Stew

Ingredients
Haddock (fish), 1lbs (or any white firm fish)Olive Oil, 2 tbspLime Juice, 1tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Minced Garlic, 1tbsp Jalapeno Peppers, 1tbspRed Ripe Tomatoes, 14 oz Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz Cilantro, raw 1/2 cupCoconut milk, 1/2 cup
Directions
Sauté fish in olive oil and lime juice until done but not overcooked. Add onion, green pepper, garlic and jalapeno and cook until soft but not browned. Stir in tomatoes, coconut milk and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and cilantro. Warm through and serve.
