Spanish Shredded Chicken

3 skinless, boneless chicken breast1 cup crushed tomatoes1/3 cup homemade sofritoonion powdergarlic powderadobo2 onions, sliced
Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker. Spinkle sliced onions on top of chicken.
In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
Pour on top of chicken and onions. Good for 6-8 hours on low. Take out chicken and shred with two forks. Place chicken back into slow cooker and mix with sauce.
Use this chicken on corn tortillas and add your favorite condiments. My favorite is lime, lowfat sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce.
