Ingredients
1 lb. cooked shrimp (peeled and de-veined)3 cups (1 large can) of petite diced tomatoes1 avocado, peeled and chopped2 cups V8 vegetable juice2 tbsp. lime juice1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped2 green onions, sliced (include white)1/2 jalapeno pepper, diced (no seeds)1 tsp garlic saltdash saltdash pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve cold.
