"Meaty" Italian Chicken with Lentils

Ingredients
2 Cups Lentils1.25 Cup Buckwheat/Cracked Wheat4 Cups Chicken Broth4.5 Cups Tomato Sauce12.95 oz Chicken Breast (no bones or skin)Fresh Italian Herbs to Taste (I used onion and garlic powder, fresh basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme from the garden)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot, cook until chicken is done, lentils are cooked through and the wheat has soaked up a lot of liquid.
