tuna sandwich

Ingredients
Drain tuna and put in a medium bowl.Peel cucumber, dice into small pieces, and add to tuna.Shred carrot and add to tuna.Cut up scallions to preferred size and add to tuna.Add hellmans light mayo, dijon mustard, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.May serve on bread to make a sandwich, eat it alone, or you can put in on lettuce to make a salad.
