Sugar-free Oatmeal Banana Bread with Pecans

Directions
Dry Ingredients:1 cup oatmeal, dry (blender to resemble flour)1 cup flour1Tablespoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 cup Sugar Twin Brown Sugar1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 cup chopped pecansWet Ingredients:3 ripe bananas1/4 cup eggbeaters1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Use food processor or blender to chop oats until they resemble flour. Mix with all the dry ingredients.
Mash bananas and other wet ingredients together. Add to the dry ingredients. Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn out and cool before slicing.
NOTE: This recipe can be doubled and bake in a bundt pan at the same temperature and time.
Loaf pan makes: 16 generous slices.
