2 servings (2 cups) Slow Cooker Provencal Chicken and Beans 4 ounces tortilla chips1 1/2 cups tomato salsa1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Layer the chips in an oven proof dish. Top with the meat, beans, salsa and cheese. Bake until cheese is the bubbly, about 8-10 minutes.
