Tuna Salad w/ Black Beans

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice2 Tbsp Orange Juice2 Tbsp Brown Mustard1 Tbsp Brown Sugar1 Can (5 Oz.) Tuna Fish in water/drained1 Can (15 Oz) Black Beans rinsed and drained10 Olives halved4 heaping cups of Spinach
Directions
Whisk together juices, mustard and brown sugar. Mix in Tuna, beans and olives. Place a heaping cup of spinach on each plate and place 1/4 of tuna mixture in center of greens.
