Ingredients
400 gm buffalo meat grounded1 cup onion , chopped0.5 cup green ( bell ) pepper chopped0.25 cup parsley chopped1 tsp salt1 dash black pepper
Directions
mix all gradients and left it 10 minutes at fridge to have taste
then spread all mix at oven pan
preheat oven to 250 c
put the pan on the direct low fire ( not oven ) untill meat no longer red
then put it into oven untill being brown
hint :
you can make the mix as balls or long fingers instead off spread
