Kev's Carrot Cake and Apple Muffins

Ingredients
Milk, Skim, 1/2 cupApple Sauce / Stewed Apples, 100 gramCarrots, cooked, 100 gramsBaking Soda, 0.5 tsp Baking Powder, 0.5 tspWhole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup Hermesetas or other powdered sweetener, 0.25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Raisins/Sultanas, 25 grams Bran, processed (e.g. All Bran), 40 gram
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients well in a bowl.
Add carrot, milk, raisins/sultanas and apple, mix well.

Bake at 180C (350F) for 20-25 minutes, until top feels springy.

Cool before removing from pans.

Makes 6.
