Ingredients
aqua farms nova smoked salmon, 24 oz (remove)*california sun-dry julienne cut tomatoes w/herbs (drained), 24 tsp (remove)*Capers, 5 tbsp (remove)*Red Onion, Fresh, .75 cup (remove)*President Fat Free Feta Crumbled, 1 oz (remove)*Fresh lemon juice, 4 tsp (remove)*100% ITALIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, 2 tbsp (remove)*White Sugar, .50 tsp (remove)*Oregano, dried, .50 tbsp (remove)*MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.12 tsp (remove)
Directions
Break Salmon into bite size pieces
Cut onion into thin strips
Mix in onion, capers & sundried tomatoes
Wisk the next 6 ingredients together to make a lemon feta vinaigrette, pour over Salmon mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
