Introduction

Ingredients

    5 oz can Tuna, chunk white albacore in water; drained
    1 Tbs Mayo
    3 Tbs 1% Cottage Cheese
    1 Hard boiled egg, chopped
    2 Tbs chopped Dill
    1/2 Large Granny Smith Apple, small dice
    1 Tsp Cider Vinegar
    Freshly ground pepper

Directions

Using a fork, break up the tuna into small pieces.
In a small bowl, mix mayo, cottage cheese, pepper, dill and vinegar. Add in the tuna, egg, and apple and gently mix together.
