My 1st Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup blueberries1/2 cup strawberries1 medium banana1 cup Silk Vanilla Soymilk1 cup Dannon All Natural Nonfat Yogurt- Plain
Directions
I slice my fruits prior to making the smoothie and freeze them (usually the night before).
Place all items in the blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy.
