Super Simple Cajun Shrimp Pasta (Clean)

Whole grain/ wheat ,all natural pasta (any style, I prefer Barilla brand)1- 1.5 pounds shrimp 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)Cajun seasoning blend (Includes red pepper, garlic, basil, oregano, coriander & salt)juice from 1 med- large lemon.5 cup natural finely shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
1. Get water boiling for pasta while you peel the shrimp.
2. Once shrimp is peeled, sprinkle with cajun seasonings.
3. Add pasta to boiling water and cook per package instructions.
4. In a large pan, heat about 2 tbsp EVOO and the juice from one lemon.
5. Once oil/lemon juice is hot, add the seasoned shrimp to the pan (plus veggies if you are adding veggies). Saute until done.
6. Drain pasta.
7. Toss together the cheese, pasta, about 1 tbsp of EVOO, and the cooked shrimp.
