Ranch Crackers

Ingredients
1 bag oyster crackers3 tbsp extra light olive oil1 tbsp cultured buttermilk powder2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp onion powder2 tsp dried chives2 tsp dried parsley1/2 tsp dried dill weed1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black (or white) pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In large bowl, combine oyster crackers and olive oil to cover. Pour oil covered crackers evenly onto baking sheet with sides.

In small bowl, combine all other ingredients. Sprinkle 3/4 dry mixture evenly over crackers. Let sit for a minute or two. Using spatula or hands (hands are easier) toss crackers on cookie sheet to coat evenly. Then sprinkle remaining dry mixture over crackers.

Bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes or until desired brownness is reached. Once cooled, store in airtight container for freshness. Enjoy :)

Makes about 19 servings of 22 crackers per serving.
