Peanut Chicken & vegetables with noodles - A taste of Thai

Ingredients
1 box thai rice noodles1 tbsp oil1 1/4 boneless chicken 3 cups veges1 tbsp fish sauce or 1 tsp salt1 can light coconut milk1 packet taste of thai peanut sauce mix - both envelopes.
Directions
soak noodles according to directions for stir frying. heat oil in large skillet over high heat. add chicken, vegetables and fish sauce. Saute 3 min. Add milk and peanut sauce mix. Bring to boil while stirring, boil for 3 minutes. Add drained noodles and combine. cook while stiring until noodles are firm but tender.
