Ingredients
2 cucumbers sliced thin1/2 C of onions coarsly chopped1/2 C of green bell peppers coarsly chopped1/4 C of celery chopped 4 Lg baby carrots cut in strips 4 Tbsp of kraft italian dressing1/4 C of cider vineger1/4 C of white sugar2 Tbsp of lemon juice2 Tbsp of parsley
Directions
1 Mix together liquid ingredients in bowl that has a lid.
2. chop up veggies. Add to mixture in bowl
3. Add parsley and mix well
4. Refrigerate for a few hours

    Just want to say thank you for sharing, just love this recipe...I did make it my own by cooking the vinegar, lemon, sugar. Instead of using the dressing ....I use 1 tbsp of the dry Italian seasoning mix. This was great again thank you :) - 5/26/10
