Beef Tips and Brown Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb sirloin tip steak, or other steak1 package brown or mushroom gravy mix1 cup uncooked ricewatersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil rice in 1 cup of water until it fluffs easily. Cut steak into strips of desired thickness. Place in skillet and brown. Steak will produce juices; do not drain. Add 1 package (.75 oz) mushroom or brown gravy and 1 cup water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer. Serve Beef mixture over cooked rice.
