Ingredients
One bunch broccolini washed and cut in two inch piecesOne clove garlic mincedOne red onion diced coarselyOne tbsp olive oilFive ounces raisinsTwo tbsp pine nutsFour tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Heat olive oil and saute onions and broccolini with garlic till soft. Add raisins and pinenuts. Heat through. Add vinegar and cook another 30 sec. Serves 4

    This was good, but I will cut back on the balsamic vinegar by half next time. Thanks for sharing. Loved adding the sweetness of the raisins and the crunch of the pine nuts. - 3/9/12
