White Bean Consomme with Almond Milk

Ingredients
2 cans (19 oz each) of Cannellini beans2 cups of Almond milk unsweetened2 garlic cloves1 sprig of rosemary1 cup of waterparsleychives
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients over high heat. Add 1 cup of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Discard rosemary and garlic. Puree 2 cups of beans with 1 cup of liquid. Combine puree with the rest of the soup. Heat and add herbs.
