Amanda's Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
*Pam Cooking SpraySalt, 1 dash*Ground Cumin, 1 tsp*Chili Powder, 1 tsp *Garlic Powder, 1 tsp *Garbanzo beans (chickpeas), Eden, No Salt Added, 2 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 450

Drain and rinse chick peas--then pat dry

line baking sheet with foil, put chickpeas onto baking sheet

spray chickpeas with PAM (olive oil)

add seasonings and mix until chickpeas are evenly coated

Bake at 450 for 40 min or until chickpeas are crunchy

Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.

    I made these today to take to work for snacks this week. I overcooked it a little - for at least my oven, 30 min. would have been plenty. But I think I salvaged them. Should be a nice alternative to my usual snacks! - 10/11/09
