Chicken, couscous peas mushrooms and carrots

Chicken Breast, no skin, 5.5 ounces Green Beans (snap), .25 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 3 teaspoon Couscous, .5 oz, dry, yieldsCornflour (UK), 10 g Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slicesPeas, fresh, .25 cupBaby Carrots, raw, 50 grams
1 serving but a decent sized one.
1) Chop vegetables and put into large frying pan, and set on a low heat.
2) Add stock, 750mls water, and vegetables and simmer until vegetables soften.
3) Finely slice chicken and add to simmering mix. Stir until the chicken is cooked through.
4) Add a couple tbsp cornflour to the mix and stir through along with 1/2 oz of couscous.
5) Cook until all the liquid is absorbed and the result looks approximately like the photo!
6) Enjoy!
