Bolognase with whole wheat penne

Ingredients
1 box whole wheat penne (or other)1 jar ragu with meat sauce1/2 large onion 2 cloves garlic 1 pound ground beef ** (above nutritional value is for 93% lean- use ground turkey for fewer calories/fat)
Directions
set water in a pot to boil.
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. when starting to brown, add ground beef or turkey to pan. cook until brown. drain.
meanwhile, when the water boils, add pasta and cook for appx 7 minutes. drain pasta. top with sauce.

i like to serve this with baked eggplant and spianch salad.
