Saving Supper Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
2 tbsp lime or lemon juice1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp each dried oregano, ground cumin and ground coriander1/4 tsp each garlic powder and pepper1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 3 x 1/2 inch1 each medium onion, sweet green pepper and sweet red pepper sliced1 340g package medium flour tortillas (10 per package)1 cup low fat yogourt1 cup prepared salsa
Directions
1. In bowl, combine lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, cumin, coriander, garlic powder and pepper. Add chicken, stirring to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes or up to one hour in refrigerator.

2. In large nonstick skillet, cook chicken mixture stir frying for 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion and peppers; stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes untiil chicken is no longer pink inside.

3. Warm tortillas in microwave on Low for 1 to 2 minutes.

4. Divide chicken misture evenly among tortillas; top with yogurt and salsa. Fold up bottom and then fold in sides.

Serves 5 , 2 fajitas per serving.
