1 can on sliced mushrooms3 cloves of Garlic, minced1 lb of extra lean ground beef1 can on beans in tomato sauce1/2 cup of chopped onions4 Tbsp of Ketchup4 Tbsp of barbecue sauce1 Tbsp of chili powder
1. Brown the Beef in a medium to large pot, drain then put back in pot.
2. Add the Garlic and Onions and cook until transparent.
3. Add the Beans, Ketchup, Barbecue sauce and Chili Powder.
4. Cover and simmer for about 20 mins.
This should make around 6 1 1/2 cups servings
