Eringi and carrot yakisoba sauce stir fry

Ingredients
1 carrot, sliced2 lg eringi mushrooms (or any kind) slicedSAUCE:soy sauceyakisoba saucemiringarlicsakesugarother:black and red pepper
Directions
Cut up the carrot and mushrooms. Mix the sauce ingredients.

Place the carrots in a pan, cover with water, and simmer until they're mostly soft.
Put the oil, pepper, and some garlic in a fry pan. Cook the mushrooms. Add the carrots and saute for a while.

Pour the sauce in and mix it up. Simmer for a while to reduce the liquid.
