Ingredients
1/2 lb elbow macaroni4 Tbsp butter2 large eggs6 oz evaporated fatfree milk1 tsp kosher salt1/4 tsp ground white pepper (or to taste)3/4 tsp dry mustard10 oz reduced-fat sharp Cheddar
Directions
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta to al dente and drain. Return pasta to the pot and melt in the butter; toss to coat. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Stir egg mixture into the pasta and add the cheese. Stir over medium-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy.
