Macaroni with meat sauce & hidden veggies

Ingredients
Precook - I cook, puree & freeze the frozen spinach & cauliflower (I use them in other recipes). I use these things in other recipes as well.Brown ground beef & pork together in a large skillet. When brown, add all other ingredients except noodles. Simmer covered while you cook the noodles.Combine sauce with pasta & enjoy the secret veggies!
