Ingredients
1 cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt4 Strawberries, quartered1/4 cup of blueberries1/4 cup of blackberies10 raspberries1-1.5 cups of skim milk
Directions
Slice strawberries into quarters to make blending easier.

Add all ingredients into the blender.

Blend for about a minute until smooth.

Makes about 2, 12 oz servings
