Light Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can tuna in water1 stalk celery1 tsp crushed black pepper2 tsp salt (or to taste)3 Tbsp dijon mustard2 Tbsp nonfat yogurt
Directions
Chop the celery into small pieces. Drain water from the tuna and combine with all ingredients and mix. Serve over toast or salad.
