Seasame peanut butter balls

Ingredients
Directions
2 T Sugar-free peanut butter (I used peter pan sugar-free)2 packets Splenda blend for coffee (I prefer mocha)4-5 T Flax seed mealToasted sesame seeds
Put peanut butter into a small bowl, add the splenda and the half of the flax meal. Stir till well blended. Only stir in enough flax to make it form a soft dough.
Roll into 6-8 small balls. Put sesame seeds on a plate, roll each of the peanut butter balls around in the seeds to coat evenly.
I put them in the fridge for 5-10 mins to help them firm up, but you don't have to if you prefer them softer.
A good alternate is to add 1/2 T of cocoa powder with the splenda, it gives them a nice chocolatey flavor.
