Asha's Awesome Garlic Dip

Ingredients
3/4 cup whipped cream cheese6 oz nonfat yogurt, plain1/4 cup of nonfat milk12 cloves of garlicsalt to taste (I used about 1/2 teasp)1/2 cup of cilantro
Directions
Put all ingredients except salt in a mini food processor. Blend until cilantro is well blended in. Add salt. Blend another 10 seconds. Makes 2 cups or 16 2-Tablespoon servings. Each serving has 36 calories.
