Apples, fresh, 2 small (2-1/2" dia) Shredded with peelSplenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 CupWater, tap, 1/2 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Salt 1 tspQuaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry,1/2 cupFlaxseed, 1/2 cup Hodgson Mill Cracked Wheat Hot Cereal 1/4 cup dryHodgson Mill Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 cupWalnuts, .1/2 cup, chopped Sugar Free Syrup, 2 tbspEgg, fresh, 1 medium
Directions
Mix ingredients in order over low heat in heavy saucepan stirring constatly, butter 10" round cake pan press in with wet wooden spoon. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
