Great versatile recipe, easily modified for use and/or taste. I add finely diced green and red bell peppers, garlic, and sprinkle of crushed red pepper. Also, sometimes use no-sodium salsa instead of tomatoes. Family loves it served with breakfast egg dish; and at other meals with other dishes - 12/14/10
