Broccoli & cauliflower salad with Spanish Olives

Ingredients
large head of broccoli or 2 medium bunches1 large head cauliflowerhandful Spanish olives with pimentoszesty Italian salad dressing
Directions
Cut up broccoli & cauliflower into florets. Toss into container with olives, drizzle salad dressing over all. Cover & toss well. Chill for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.

This salad tastes best after a day, even 2!, in the fridge to allow everything to marinate & blend fully!
