grilled summer vegetable salad

Ingredients
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)Eggplant, fresh, 2 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb (remove)Summer squash, 3 medium (remove)Zucchini, baby, 2 medium (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2( halved)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (halved)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Fennel, 1 bulb (sliced)
Directions
prepare the grill. slice all veletables except peppers into 1/2 inche slices. coat with olive oil, arrange on hot grill in one layer. grill turning occasionally, for 10- 20 minutes, or until tender. cool then coarsely chop and add remaining ingredients.

1 jalapeno, roasted, peeled and seeded
2/3c lime juice
1/3 c cilantro
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4c evoo
salt and pepper to taste and serve:)
