Fish chili over spinach rice

Ingredients
4 pollock fillets (or any fish u like)1 can stewed tomatoes1 can kidney beans1 clove garlic minced1 onion chopped3 cups rice1/2 can of spinach pureed
Directions
In frying pan on medium heat add tomatoes, onion and garlic. cook until onions are tender then add the fish. when fish is flaky, use ur cooking utensil to break it up in bite size pieces. Next add your kidney beans drained. Let simmer. until rice is done. (about 5 min) cook your rice according to the package. when rice is done add your spinach and heat on low until mixed well.

Put cup rice on a plate and top with 1/2 cup of "chili" mmmmmmmm

makes about 6 1cup servings
