Ham and potato casserole

Ingredients
1/4 C Butter1/4 C floursalt and pepper to taste8 oz sour cream1-2 C (4-8 oz) colby or cheddar cheese, shredded6 hard boiled eggs3 C cubed cooked potatoes2 C cubed fully cooked ham
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350*
2. In large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
3. Stir in sour cream and cheese; cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted - mixture should be thick
4. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients
5. Transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish. Bake uncovered for 3-0 - 35 minutes or until bubbly and edges are golden brown
