Cajun Kabobs

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast, cubed10 shrimp1 whole bell pepper, cut into squares1/2 red onion cut into squares10 medium to large mushrooms, halved2 Hans All Natural Chicken Andouille Sausages, sliced into 1" slices1 tbsp Tony's Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Directions
Get your grill going. Depending on weather, I'll either grill outside or use my grill pan. Cooking times are about the same with med-high to high heat on your grill pan.

Soak skewers (10 or so) in water (while preparing other ingredients) to prevent fire.

Cut chicken into 1" cubes and mix with shrimp (pealed and deveined) and season with the Creole Seasoning. Let marinade.

Cut sausage into 1" slices. Cut vegetables to fit proteins.

In whatever order fits you, skewer proteins and veggies. Once all everything is skewered, and the grill is hot, cook for about 7-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Enjoy!
